This fast-track product is designed exclusively for the quick purchase of residential property at auction. LendInvest offers borrowers between £75k and £7.5m, giving you certainty of funding within the standard 28-day deadline.
Title insurance is available for Auction finance where the property is residential and the loan amount is £750k or less.
If you’re looking to complete heavy refurbishment or minor development of an existing residential property, or fund the change of use of a property from commercial to residential, this is the product.
The loan is based on gross development value (GDV), and LendInvest offers loan amounts between £200k and £2m with a maximum loan to GDV of 70%.
LendInvest’s Development finance is tailored to experienced developers looking to undertake large-scale development of existing residential and semi-commercial property or new builds. You can borrow between £500k and £15m, up to a loan to GDV of 70%.
This product is for development projects that have reached practical completion, allowing borrowers to replace higher cost development finance with flexible, low-cost funding. You can borrow between £250k and £10m, up to a loan to value of 70%.
LendInvest’s Buy-to-Let mortgages, the lender’s latest product range, are tailored to professional portfolio landlords, with loan terms between 7 and 30 years, amounts between £50k and £750k, and a maximum loan to value of 80%.
Both individual and corporate borrowers can access the same interest rates, and LendInvest also offers rates for HMOs and MUFBs.
All applications are made via the lender’s online portal, and you can benefit from faster completions for standard property and HMO remortgages up to £750k with title insurance.
